Initial Production Inspection
IPI is an inspection for all the mechanical property, raw materials, accessories etc. Our inspectors will check whether the factory completely understand your require-ments and the specification covered quality, production capacity and lead-time etc.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A Pre-Shipment Inspection (PPI) happens when the order is at least 80% completed. This generally is the final opportunity to take corrective actions before the production is finished and products are packed. It is a cost effective process to ensure products being ordered by the clients meet their requirements.
During Production Inspection
During Production Inspection (DPI) is widely used in the inspection process, especially as one important complementary solution of PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) is good but sometimes it's too late to correct or replace the big defects due to the problem of delivery delay.
Production Monitoring Process

Container Loading Supervision
It happens in the manufacturer's warehouse or the forwarder's premises.
Not only the loading of the correct products and its quantity are supervised during the supervision but also the correct packaging and the quality of the goods are inspected.
