Introduction
The cooperation company is mainly engaged in casting and machining various kinds of machining tool castings, motor casing, high precision gear box, auto parts, air compressor parts, pump body, all kinds of valve bodies more than 4000 kinds of parts in grey iron and ductile iron.
The company has a 60T/H of green sand process line, 2 resin sand workshops, one is 10T/H resin sand molding line, another is 20T/H resin sand molding line. 4 sets of Inductotherm furnaces, 3 medium frequency induction furnaces of 5T、6T、25T, large through type shot blasting cleaning room and 80 T annealing furnace.
The company is well equipped with testing equipment, with Spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, tensile strength testing machine, brinell hardness tester guarantee the material to meet the clients demand. The weight scope from 0.1KG to 35T, the annual production capacity of 30000 tons.
The company invested in a machining center to meet the needs of customers in machining and assembly ,the plant covers an area of 40000 square meters in 2012. The company's products are sold to those famous enterprises in United States, the European Union, Japan, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, etc. and has established long-term cooperation relationship.
